From the contents of your query, it appears that being a Sr. Citizen you have already initiated a lot of steps to address a cyber crime caused by a fraudulent transaction. Due to the sophisticated tactics that hackers use to cover their tracks, it's extremely difficult to catch them and bring them to justice. Only 5% of cybercriminals are apprehended for their crimes which demonstrates just how challenging it is for law enforcement agencies to arrest and prosecute these offenders. Apart from the actions you have already taken to resolve the issue which is now pending before the concerned authorities, a complaint can be made at https://cms. rbi.org.in or by calling the helpline number 14440. The complaint may be lodged online or by filing an offline complaint and submitting the same at the Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre (CRPC) at RBI, 4th Floor, Sector 17, Chandigarh, PIN-160017. An Elder Help Line (No.14567) is launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment exclusively for the protection of the interest of Sr. Citizens of the Country for any kind of crisis from health to wealth, you may take a chance by contacting them through helpline number to resolve the matter.
