A.Dear Client,
Lok Adalat is being arranged by the Dist. Legal Services Authority or State Legal Services Authority on appeal from either party to settle the dispute following the alternate dispute redressal (ADR) procedure offering good terms of settlement of the dispute. If you received any such information from the Bank to whom you are indebted and defaulter in payment of credit card dues you need to enquire about the matter from the concerned Bank and the concerned Court where Lok Adalat is arranged. Being satisfied with the authenticity of the notice you should attend the Lok Adalat to settle your dues against credit cards. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear Client,
If you received an email from Kotak Bank indicating the organization of a Lok Adalat for credit card payment but have not yet received any physical letter, it is essential to exercise caution. Firstly, verify the authenticity of the email by contacting Kotak Bank directly through their official customer service channels. Enquire about the Lok Adalat and inquire if they have indeed organized such an event. Additionally, check your credit card statements to ensure there are no discrepancies in payment. If you are uncertain about the legitimacy of the Lok Adalat, refrain from attending until you can verify its authenticity. Attending any legal proceedings should be based on credible and official communication from the bank. If you remain uncertain, seek guidance from a legal professional or consumer protection agency to ensure you are making informed decisions regarding any credit card payment dispute.
