A.Dear client ,
These days background verification is done by each and every company/organization, wherever you are.
It is always a smart and good choice to not suppress anything you have as such. May be there is no such FIR done, but the record of such activity in noted in the college.
Disclose the entire facts to the employer, explain that it wasn't intentional and hence you have not repeated anything aa such ever.
Hope this will not harm or debarred your job/ employment.

A.Dear Client,
In the attestation form for the government job, it is crucial to provide accurate and truthful information. Since you were rusticated from the university exam for one year, it is advisable to disclose this information in the form as failure to do so may have serious consequences if discovered later. While the rustication itself may not automatically disqualify you, failure to disclose it could raise concerns about transparency. If you have successfully completed your rustication period and there is no ongoing legal implication such as an FIR, you can explain the circumstances surrounding the rustication in the form. This allows for transparency and may be considered positively in the context of your overall application.

A.Dear Client,
There will not be any impact on selection as you have met all the qualifications required for the post. Already you had the punishment and because of that punishment, you lost your time. There ends the matter. You can apply for the post and you will not be stopped from getting selected for the post. But there are some cases where students are debarred from studies and institutes due to other reasons like committing a criminal activity etc. Such candidates are not allowed to apply for government jobs and they will never be considered for such posts. Ensure that there is no criminal case against you in the eyes of the police. If there is no criminal record behind you can write in the form that you were debarred for one year for UFM and in the absence of any conviction by a court you will neither be treated as a criminal nor be disqualified for government jobs.
