A.Dear Sir,
The Bankers are correct because all the laws are in their favour. You have only option of getting a criminal case registered and continued against the persons who committed such offences otherwise you may go to High Court.

A.Dear Client,
In the course of the investigation of the reported fraudulent transaction by the cyber crime cell, it is revealed and established that the account holder or complainant has done credentials transaction with CVU and OTP, then the Bank cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent transactions caused for negligence and lack of awareness of the Customer/complainant. If you are aggrieved with the decision of the Bank, you need to make a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman following RBI guidelines for digital transactions. You can also do this online at cms.rbi.org.in or by sending an email to the Banking Ombudsman at [email protected]. You may consult with a cyber crime expert for further guidance and steps
