Guitar teacher hasn’t returning money took as advance

Hi i took Guitar classes used Urban pro to connect with teacher. Later after few months he asked me money rs 19000/- due to personal issue. Now after calling him multiple times he is not responding or returning my money. I don’t have his address details i only have his contact details.
