Idfc loan scam or real Idfc loan scam or real

I was applying for loan at idfc. I got a call from a woman asking if i had applied for a loan. I said yes. She had really good behavior and was friendly in the whole conversation. She said to provide her sir with some documents like adhar, bank statement, votar, passport size photo, and a nominee's adhar and votar card. She asked me for the amount i wanted and i said ₹2,50,000 as i was planning to buy an auto-rikshaw. Later, her sir called me and he was friendly too. He said to wait on line and told us about some loans that were still going on. And then he said that i could get loan for ₹3,00,000. I said yes since that extra money could be used for some work on the rikshaw like lights, seat covers, and other accessories. I was given a receipt which looked genuine The man then said that i had to pay a mediclaim of ₹10,740. I chose to pay via upi and i saw a weired muslim name(i am not being racist) and it made me a little tensed since it was not an actual company but a personal number. Then after payment, i got a receipt from magma hdi which looked promising and the man told me that the money will be credited to my account on 3rd January since 31 will be closed for sunday and 1st january it will be closed. Today morning the woman called me and said that a man will call me about gst issues. I got a call in the afternoon and the man said that i had to pay 12 thousand something something amount for gst and he said that the money will be returned back to my account once the loan money is transferred to my account. Now he is saying to pay the 12 thousand something amount within today as the bank will cloase and is trying to make it quick. I am really tensed now and now it feels like a fraud.
Here are some information which made me suspicious:
The phone number was on a name "idafcdank" no i did not misspell it. It is exactly as it is written

And also in the receipt i got from hdfc was in whatsapp in a pdf format and i saw a few spelling errors and typing errors in the pdf which made me really suspicious. Now i have doubts. I have all the voice recordings from the middle ( i did not have it setup at first) and all the pdf and recipt and payment proof backed up. Someone please help me. The bank is closed right now so i cannot even contact the bank or visit it
