goverment approved consultancy not return passport asking money without do anything

i was attend one interview last two weeks back at the time the agent told me you were selected and we keep your passport for further visa procss.but until now even i did not get employement contract letter but they asking money when i ask passport to return. pleas advise me.

It appears you are trapped by fraud entities for extortion of money with ulterior motives. So, in the given situation, make a complaint with the local Police Station endorsing a copy of said complaint to the SP/DSP concerned and serve a legal notice to that fraud company. Even if they did not return your passport then file a complaint online to the Chief Vigilance Officer(CVO), Ministry of External Affairs visiting its official website: https://www.mea.gov.in>lodge-complaint.
