Seeking legal advice on blackmailing from my widow mother
4 months ago
My widow mother never tried to my wife(love marrige) and accepted. She used to fought every now on then on silly issues. Initially I supported my mother blindly and look her after in the best possible way. My mother lodged a false complaint to local police station against me and my wife to harrase us. On investigation the allegations found wrong and as per advice of local police station my mother started to live with my married elder sister who has been a key player in instigating my mother.
Now, again my mother sending letters from members of bat council to threaten me with false allegations.
A.Dear Sir,
Nothing will happen and always help your wife since your mother is having support of your sister. If any false case is registered then approach High Court and get it quashed.
