dear sir

i have filed a below suit like
under acts( code of civil procedure1908(hb)
and
under section ;- order7rule1and 2readwith section26-1ofcpc


granting for perpectual injunction againest defandant but finally case was dismisssed with prejuduce due to defandant and plaintiff are in same address cannot be granted saying the judge ..hence order was dismissed and

we both dont have property original documents please suggest but we and family staying in position since 20 years but my sister was disturbing due to ebill and waterbill on her name but the property not in her name its others ..

because of i have purchase long back and i not done sale agreement

dear sir
thanks for revert we have filed a case in civilcourt the finally case was dismissed stating that dismiss with prejeudice may be we both dont have original documents to prove owner ship ... so please suggest what i can do for taking the electricity meter also now a days they are asking owner ship deed .. i took long back electricity and water connection on my sisters name that is my mistake actually...

we both staying same position

may i now can i gift the house to my wife with gift deed for further evidences or what is next

U should file adverse possession suit for declaration owner
