4 days dual employment

Hi Team,
I was working with HCL tech till 28 july-2017 but After 21 July i did not get the salary in full and final settlement clearly written. On 24 july -2017 i joined Ahana pvt ltd. So problem is " 4 days dual employment coming" and my next company Wipro is not accepting this because of dual employment so i want advice on this. Please help me so in future i will not face the problem in the future.

A.It is strictly enforceable clause that No Employee can work simultaneously in two companies. You have to talk to your earlier employers to issue relieving letter so that there is no cause of simultaneous working at the same time, if encounter problem better to consult a Labour & Employment and service matters Lawyer to guide & help you.
