My mother is not agreeing for my marriage but everyone has agreed My mother is not agreeing for my marriage but everyone has agreed

I loved a girl and wished to proceed for the marriage with parents consent. Since we are of different castes my mother has NOT agreed but my father and everyone of my relatives and have no objections. There is No objection from girl side parents too. I have met few of their parents and I wish to proceed on this through my Uncle (Father's Own Brother) and Aunt instead of my Father and Mother performing the actual Hindu Marriage. Knowing this through a call recording via my Father's mobile, my mother created nuisance with most of relatives and everyone are heated up. I would like to have some advice proceeding on this.

A.Dear Client,
It was held that consensually choosing life partners is a manifestation of their freedom of choice guaranteed under Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution. Consequently, in Shafin Jahan v. K.M. Asokan, the Court stated that the right to marry the person of one's choice is a fundamental component of Article 21. Therefore, you have a legal right to choose your life partner.
Thankyou
