Dear Sir

I am Manager in SBI. My promotional result for Chief Manager was in sealed cover due to disciplinary proceedings. After 3 months final verdict came and I have been given Administrative warning. After this Sealed cover opened and remarks was- Candidate is not suitable for promotion.
I appealed against my non promotion to appellate authority who is DMD HR. My interview was scheduled on 5th January, thereafter it changed 2 times and finally conducted on 15th January. I have been called for interview on 15th at 9 .30 am but interview held at 4.30 pm. Interview was conducted through VC. Due to technical issues sometimes voice, sometimes visuals was disrupting during interview and due to this I was not not able to understand question clearly which was being asked by DMD HR. whole day I was sitting empty stomach this also affected my interview. I could not perform well in interview.

Can I demand for re-arranging the interview. is there any provision for re-conducting any interview.

Regards

Anik

A.Dear Client,
Consider documenting the specific technical challenges you faced, such as disruptions in voice and visuals, and how they affected your ability to understand and respond to questions during the interview. It may be helpful to communicate these issues to the relevant authorities, including the DMD HR, in a professional and detailed manner. You can request a review of your interview circumstances and highlight the adverse conditions you encountered. While there might not be a standard provision for re-conducting interviews, organizations often have mechanisms to address genuine concerns raised by candidates. Emphasize the importance of a fair and unbiased evaluation process, and the impact technical difficulties had on your performance.Remember to remain professional and objective in your communication, focusing on the procedural aspects and how they may have affected your ability to present yourself adequately.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
You cannot demand for re-arrangement of the Interview instead you can make a polite appeal for the same and if your appeal deserves any merit for consideration, management can consider your appeal. It completely depends upon the discretion of the management.
