How to get obc ncl certificate if my father doesn't have caste certificate
3 months ago
My caste belongs to OBC-B category from West Bengal and it's also mentioned in the central list of obc. I want to make obc Ncl caste certificate from West Bengal as I was born and brought up here and did my complete schooling from Bengal. But my father doesn't have any caste certificate in his name. Neither do I have any parental relations holding a certificate from West Bengal. So how can I get my caste certificate? Please help
A.Dear client,
You may file an application in the official national website for caste certificate in https://services.india.gov.in/service/detail/apply-online-for-caste-certificate-in-west-bengal-1.
Please note that as per the application process, it is not necessary to have a maternal or paternal caste certificate. If you are the first person to get the certificate, please refer to your sub district magistrate and he/she will guide you on how to apply for a caste certificate. If you have any other proof categorizing you or your paternal family to the caste you belong to, you may use it as a proof too.
Thank you
