A.Dear client,

To begin with first try to communicate once again through mails. Send a formal mail to the decorator.
If this doesn’t work, then send a legal notice to the decorator through your advocate.
If after the specified time period you don’t receive a response, lodge a case before the Consumer Forum.
Consumer Forums are very active and they provide the fastest judgement.

Thanks

A.Dear Client,
If your interior designer has consistently delayed and refused to fulfill their contractual obligations, you may consider taking legal action to address the issue. First, review the terms and conditions of your contract with the designer to understand the agreed-upon scope of work, timelines, and any penalties for delays. Communicate your concerns in writing, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the agreed-upon schedule. If the designer continues to neglect their responsibilities, you can consider sending a legal notice outlining the breaches and seeking resolution within a specified timeframe. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, may be relevant in cases of deficient services. If the matter remains unresolved, you can approach the appropriate consumer forum to file a complaint seeking compensation for the delay and any losses incurred. Consult with a legal professional to assess your specific situation and guide you through the necessary steps based on the applicable laws.
Thankyou
