As per Govt. Resolution No. Sa.Gru.Yo.-2018/Pra. Kra 85/14-Sa Dated 4th July 2019, "No Committee member or the office bearer of the society shall neither be a developer or his relation". Can the society appoint the partnership firm having one of the partners in relation with the office bearer of the society.
