Hello,
We are paying the task for 2 property, one is under construction having 4th floor and another one is empty land just have boundary wall of 1 ft.

Last year we paid task almost 12K, we applied for e-khata as well, today Revenue Inspector(RI) came to visits to site for approval, he is asking for money around 20K for approval, he is saying it's required for higher authority approval, is this govt rule to pay for approval ?, we are new here, area is Jigani Bangalore
