Resigned with out serving notice period Resigned with out serving notice period

I have notified in portal regarding my exit and served only 30 days as updated in portal and also send an email to HR and Manager to accept it at last day of my desired date of leaving. And now the HR has accepted to give relieving letter and resignation letter but they are telling that they will mention as absconded in relieving letter. I requested them will pay the notice pay amount which I have not served but they are not accepting.

Can I use that experience or relieving letter for the future employee. And there will be any impact on my candidature or in BGV check

A.Dear Client,

A relieving or experience letter tainted with the implication of abandonment or absconding constitutes a contractual breach, significantly jeopardizing career prospects. A candidate's clean record is paramount in the recruitment process for any employer or company. Background verification (BGV) is a standard procedure where organizations validate candidate-provided information during hiring. Checking EPFO records through the Universal Account Number (UAN) is crucial in this process, ensuring that employees are not employing false or stolen identities. A negative background verification outcome empowers an employer to reject or terminate the candidate's employment.

A.Dear Client,
A relieving/experience letter bearing the stigma of absconded or left abandoned typically amounts to a breach of contract and may damage your career prospects to a large extent because a clean record of a candidate matters the most in the process of recruitment carried on by any employer/Company. Further, Background verification(BGV) check is a process many organizations carry out to verify the information provided by the candidate during hiring. Verification of EPFO records through UAN is a critical process for conducting employee background checks because it allows employers to confirm that their employees are not using false or stolen identities to gain employment. In case of a negative background verification check an employer can even reject/terminate the employment of the candidate.
