A.Dear Client,

If your spouse has passed away, and you have not remarried, you are legally regarded as unmarried. Despite feeling emotionally connected, in the eyes of the law, your marriage concludes with the death of your spouse. There is no provision for canceling a marriage certificate; once the registration is finalized, the marriage is legally recognized. Therefore, the certificate cannot be canceled.
