My friend and I purchased two HMDA plots in a company named Akshita in Maheshwaram near Hyderabad Airport.
Problem:
Akshita Employee made the calculation and included registration charges in the calculation.
When the registration was completed, he called us and said that they made a mistake. They didn’t add the registration charges. We need to pay additional 95k for the registration of two plots.
Now, we have made the payment of bank transfer and cash.
The registration is completed on our name but the documents are with him.
He is asking to pay the additional charges of registration.
The employee is begging that if we don’t pay, his salary will be deducted.
What to do this case?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
I have receipts from Company of Bank Transfer but he promised to give the receipts of cash but he didn’t give.
