Credit card
I use an Axis Bank credit card. The issue is that my bank has added a transaction of INR 28,000 from the Date "February 2017" to my statement for the month of March 2018. On calling the customer care I was told that it was not added to my statement for 13 moths because of some technical issues in their systems, and they have added the amount to my statement now after 13 months of the transaction of which I have no recollect.
Please advise .
