Transfer of EPF
My PF transfer claim has been rejected by EPFO office with following objection " Member joined after 01/09/2014, wages are more than 15000 and pension contribution received, pls clarify and submit proof". In my previous organisation also (prior to 1/9/2014) contribution was going to EPS. What should be done in this regard?

A.Dear Client,
The Joint Declaration Form is employed for the correction of member details in the Provident Fund (PF) system. This form serves as a combined document that requires both the employee and the employer's joint signature. It is submitted to the regional PF commissioner with the aim of updating information related to an employee's entry and exit details in their PF accounts. To address any discrepancies or issues, individuals can file a complaint through the EPF i-Grievance Management System, accessible at https://epfigms.gov.in/. Successfully addressing EPFO queries, with the cooperation of the present employer, can facilitate a smooth processing of the claim without complications.
