A.Dear Client,

Online data entry or part-time job offers, especially those that involve soliciting money from unemployed individuals, are often associated with fraudulent activities. If you find yourself victimized by such a scam, it is advisable to take the following steps:

1. File a Police Complaint: Lodge a General Diary (GD) or a formal complaint against the fraudulent company at your local police station. Include any relevant papers, documents, or digital evidence you may have.

2. Serve a Legal Notice: Consult with a legal professional to draft a legal notice addressed to the fraudulent company. Enclose a copy of the police complaint and demand remuneration for any completed jobs. Mention your intention to file a criminal suit for cheating and criminal intimidation under sections 415 and 503 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), along with a potential money suit for the recovery of dues.

By taking these steps, you initiate a formal process to address the fraudulent activities and seek redress. Keep in mind that seeking legal advice and involving law enforcement can contribute to resolving the matter in your favor.

A.Dear client,
This kind of online data entry/part-time jobs is being offered and operated by Fraudster companies/entities to extort money from unemployed youths. However, being a victim of an online job scam, make a complaint(GD) against the said Company at the local police station with whatever papers/documents or digital evidence you have and serve a legal notice enclosing a copy of the police complaint(GD) demanding your remuneration for the completed jobs and informing them that you are contemplating filing a criminal suit against the Company for cheating and criminal intimidation u/s.415 and 503 of IPC apart from riling a money suit for recovery of dues. Hopefully, the matter may be resolved after that. If the matter is not resolved, consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.
