For want school leaving certificate of father, it is kept on hold. I am a child of a divorced couple.
I stay with my mother only. Ex husband of my mother is not willing to give me his school leaving certificate for this reason I am not able to complete the govt. requirement. For this and this only, my application is not considered. All other papers which I have sublimated are accepted by the office.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach the Police as your father cannot retain such vital documents belonging to you and deprive you of benefits.

A.Dear Client,

To qualify for an EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate, an individual must meet all the specified conditions:

1. The applicant must belong to the 'general' category and not fall under the reservation for SC, ST, or OBC.

2. The gross annual income of the applicant's family should be below Rs. 8 lakhs.

Given that you are living with your mother after her divorce, you can legally use her income as proof to apply for an EWS Certificate if it falls below the specified threshold limit.

The eligibility criteria for one to obtain an EWS certificate are as follows, one will have to satisfy ALL the conditions mentioned below: One must be a 'general' category candidate (not covered under reservation for SC, ST, or OBC). Also, the family's gross annual income should be below Rs. 8 lakhs. Since you are living with your mother after her divorce, then legally you can use her income proof if it is less than the threshold limit to apply for EWS Certificate.
