A.Dear Client,

If a property has become the subject of a legal dispute and is under consideration by a court of law, it is generally not advisable to alienate or transfer the property through means such as gift or sale until a final order is issued by the court. In such situations, it is prudent to await the court's decision and follow the legal process before making any transactions involving the property. This approach ensures compliance with legal proceedings and avoids potential complications that may arise from attempting to transfer or gift a property that is sub judice.

A.Dear Client,
When a gifted property is sub-judiced before a court of law, the said property cannot be alienated or transferred either by gift or sale. Accordingly, you have to wait for the final order of the Court.
