I had receive my FNF from previous organisation and after 1 month from FNF received, HR of previous organisation called me and said that they have miscalculated my FNF and they have end up paying me more (50k) but when I received my FNF details on mail the amount mentioned pn my FNF statement matches with the amount received in the bank account. But now they have send me revised FNF statement and they are saying that there was miscalculation in previous breakdown. So you need to pay the extra money back to organisation. They are saying that they are
finding difficulty to generate my form 16 as it's showing extra income.
Is my previous organisation eligible to ask money back ?

A.Dear Client,
Yes, your ex-employer can ask for a refund of the excess amount paid by default to an ex-employee if any error in the computation of F & F settlement dues is detected on the face of record post disbursement of payment. So, considering your own interests, you need to respond to your ex-employers call.
