Sir I am ashik ali budhvani s/o sher Ali budhvani r/o Hyderabad , sir I have purchased a flat on ground floor including car parking , and there is mentioned that there are only 8 car parking in the building , there is a person who is parking illegally Infront of the gate nobody is able to park their car and when I parked the in my parking area , he parked his var Infront of my car and I was unable to move my car , I did complaint in police station also , sub inspector of police is saying that I cant do any thing in this matter , you fight and come to me then I will file a complaint , sir give me some suggestion what to do …. Thak you
A.Dear client, resolve this issue amicably by talking to the car guy with help of the apartment secretary or president. Even then the issue isn't resolved then you can file a complaint under sec 339 of ipc which deals with wrongful restraint.
