My girlfriend promised for that she will marry me after so many times of sexual relationship she is denying for marriage. Can I complaint legally and marry her.

A marriage of a woman against her free consent applying force or undue influence is a criminal offense and legally unacceptable and impermissible under the law. Any person who committed such a crime shall be booked under Section 503 IPC for criminal intimidation and Sec.354 of IPC for outraging the modesty of a woman and shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with a fine, or with both.
