A.Dear Client,
In the given scenario, serving a legal notice to the concerned computer coaching center, you have to file a complaint against the coaching center over an alleged deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under Sec. 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 before the Dist. Consumer Commission claiming refund of entire tuition fees paid in advance along with compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. The complaint should be filed within two year from the date of cause of action, i.e, from the date of refusal to refund the tuition fees. Reach out to an Advocate experienced in consumer cases for guidance and steps.

A.Dear Client,

It's essential to communicate clearly with the center about your request for a refund and to provide any necessary documentation, such as receipts or enrollment agreements, to support your claim. If the center continues to neglect your request, you may need to consider escalating the matter further, such as contacting consumer protection agencies or seeking legal advice on how to proceed.
