A.Dear Client,
It is not possible to get an adoption certificate now, but a legal heir certificate can be gotten done by all the heirs of your grandma. approach the Taluk Tehsildar, the local corporation/municipality office, or the district civil court in their area along with death certificate or approach civil court.

A.Dear Client,
In the absence of an adoption deed or legal heir certificate, it is almost impossible to claim a share in the ancestral property which is in the name of your grandma. The contents of your query even do not focus on any reliable documents of identification that bear the name of adoptive parents to establish your claim. However, you can apply to local authorities like DM/SDM/Tehashildar or the local revenue authorities in your jurisdiction for the issue of the legal heir certificate along with all documents you possess in support of your claim and get in touch with the concerned authority for the updated status of your application.
