we request for advise on Bank collected forcloser charges on BT of loan ,charges 548700 and term loan Rs.61702 , also around 40000 rs collected for non renwal addition charges , we wants advise and further process for case with BANK please advise us ,we from Ahmedabad

Meeting with Banking Ombudsman on 8 March 2019 ,they only ordered to bank rivers renewal charges 80000 and 10000 penalty to bank. So 90000 we get returned from bank, but now we need to collected 3% penalty charges amt arouN 5.4 lakh ,please advise

U should approach to the court against the bank authority. Or send legal notice through lawyer immediately
