Parking Cars on a Narrow - 7 meter wide road Parking Cars on a Narrow - 7 meter wide road

I reside in flat which is a Ground floor flat. The entry is from the road which is only 7 meter wide. On the opposite side there is another building having similar Ground floor flat. The owner of the opposite flat parks his flat on the Road. His contention is that he has a right to park his vehicle on his side of the Road.
However, his parking of the car creates dangerous situation. The vehicals travel on the road in available remaining space which is very narrow. It is feared for us to open our side of the gate.
How can we prevent the opposite flat owner to stop parking his vehicle on the road..?

A.Dear Client,
You can discuss the issue with the owner and try to solve the matter amicably. Though the person has a right to park the vehicle on his side of the road, the same should not cause trouble or nuisance to the neighbors. In case of such inaction, you can file a mass complaint to the concerned municipality and seek the remedy.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
