Sir for non payment of dues some one states himself a lawyer threatened to pay full amount or warrant is issued against me have face in the court , please give some legal advice
A.Dear Sir,
You need not worry. If you have address of such party then file a suit for permanent injunction and restrain him permanently from making such threatening calls to you etc.

A.Sir,
If you have taken some amount from that lawyer then it becomes your duty to repay it to him/her.
If in case you fail to repay such advanced amount then he can send you a legal notice for the same and if you still do not comply then he has the right to institute legal proceedings against you for the recovery of such advanced amount.
