Not yet paid for my work Not yet paid for my work

Sir/Mam, My name is Dishant Bisht.
I live in Delhi and persuing BCA(Bachelor of Computer Applications) 3rd year from GGSIPU.
From 07 Jan, 2019 To 12 Feb, 2019, I was working in a company (First Serve IT Solutions pvt ltd) which is situated in Noida. My designation was International Tele Sales Executive in which we have to sell the product(Set-up Box) of US company in all over US. The thing is, I made the logo of that US company for their official website i.e., www.hellowtv.com and they started using it but still they didn't pay to me for that logo. I don't know much about laws and legal documents. But I have proof that I made that logo and also gave different samples to them on their gmail and on manager's WhatsApp (on which he replied "great").
I want to get paid for my work. The logo is not registered but I read on google that according to law, if the logo is not register to the govt then still the designer of the logo have the copyright over it (but I'm confused).
