Dear sir/Madam,

I have question about the my land. my parent's passed away when i am like 4 to 5 years old. i have one brother and sister. we all grown under my grandfather and grandmother.

Issue is they sold my land for her daughter marriage in 2006. that time they told us will return our land. but now they are not agreed to give our land return. so i want to know about how i can take action on this. it will be very helpful if you could help me to do.

Hi PUROBI,
i am residing in maharashtra. dist beed. TQ:- kaij. my village name is surdi.
the land belong to me and my brother.
This land is came to me from my father.
my grandfather sold this land for his daughter marriage. i don't have document of it.
when buyer is buying this land that time he told my grand father if children changed their statement about selling this land. we don't have any option to return back to these children(Me).
my birthdate is 28/01/1990. and land sold in 2006.
l don't know.
