Would it be ok to file a case in the court against one or more of the many companies I have worked for from where I was being terminated or asked to quit for some or the other reason which I feel was genuine but the company never approved of it just to get another good high paying job or make money to attract business towards me to prove my talent ones again as I was told mostly that I am not technically strong in the technical field and being unable to keep talking in a call center continously.

If you have relevant evidence you can do that if police co-operate otherwise you may file private complaint or file Civil suit claiming damages/compensation.
