issue with my mobile number ownership

I am using a sim card since past two years which is registered on one of my relatives name. I have submitted this number to my friends and relatives, banks, shopping malls, education purpose etc. Now my relative is claiming back that sim card as we are having some family issues. what is the action that i can claim that contact no.? i am not willing to surrender that sim card to him.

You cannot claim such SIM permanently which belongs to your relative otherwise you will be in problem.
