If one has TB during pregnancy of two month.. Husband not wanted child in this condition but wife's parents has force to keep it.. They ignore and refuse all requests of husband . And also wife's behaviors not good to husband he is frustrate.. So if husband wanted seperate or divorce in this condition is right according to law?

A.Dear Sir,
On such grounds divorce may not be available because both the spouses are bound to face all the eventualities in the life.

A.The husband can seek divorce however he must be prepared for the following things.
The wife shall file the following cases.
1. 125 CrPC
2. Domestic Violence
3. 498A
Also the husband in all probability shall be prepared to pay for the maintenance and alimony and shall also fight child custody.
