Someone has created fake facebook id in my name and with photo

Someone has created fake facebook id on june 18th in my name and they have uploaded my 2 photos , my friends and many unknown people are getting request from this account. This is the 2nd time iam facing this problem, last time also a fake account in my name was created in september 2018, at that time we had taken this issue to facebook helpcentre and they had closed this account in one day..But this time there is no response from facebook and even we had reported that account as fake but of no use..please help me in this!!!

A.send a legal notice to the facebook with a copy to the police cyber cell to take action
