I joined up police in 2017 and worked there for 3 months. I was under training and did not like that job so I decided to resign and went to head quarter and gave resignation application which was based on personal grounds. They stopped my salary from the very day and i came back to my home. after some time I received a letter to go there and take final decision on that resignation application, but I did not go there. Now I have got selected in other state govt. Job which has lower grade pay , so my question is weather there will b any problem if join the new job without giving proper resign there or I will have to face any problem in near future because of that job.. please help me out

A.Yes you will face problem if you join new job without getting a proper termination and relieving letter ( and even may be NOC) from the previous employer. Suggested that you close all the employment stuff with the police and then you can join anywhere without any issue.
