A.Dear Client,
You can surely continue your normal life with her even if she returned after sending you a legal notice but unless and until you tell me the content of the legal notice and the reason why she had sent you the legal notice, I cannot advise you any proper on this matter.
Thanks

Please note I have sent her legal note (she dint sent anything) stating her to come back as she left me without any sort of notice and reason

Now if she comes back after me sending legal notice I want her not repeat these kinds of acts again and again. Can I ask her to sign a few terms and conditions which she keeps on breaking, and I have kept these terms in front of her family way back it seems like they agreed but disputes arise on the same basis

So now I want these terms to be legal and she understands her basic responsibilities as a Hindu married wife

One quick example: She always gets influenced by her mother, and starts fighting that our family should follow the methods and ritual as they do rather than our methods of rituals . This is where I get many disputes she always forces to me follow there methods and not ours. I can understand she is born and bought up at her mother's place and she needs some time to get accustomed but even after multiple attempts she gets back to the same modes

Dear Client,
You are talking about post-nuptual agreement which is not legally binding or enforceable in the courts of India.
Thanks
