Hey There!!
I am about to be 20years old and my dad is kinda jerk my whole family has been suffering through a lot from the very begining. My problem here is my dad says i cant pay you fees anymore even though he has money to spent on shitt he is the most selfish guy every seen in my life i want a suggestion on how can i convince him that he has to pay for my degree legaly. Are there any laws which could help me out my moms been supporting me everyday there been not a single day where she havent cried because of my dad help me out give me a suggestion. We cant even go forward for divorce because we dont have any income

A.dear client in your matter i agreed on advice that Your are in very complicated and difficult situation. First you have to use restraint, calm and peace not to aggravate the issue, you are in precarious condition, take advice & help from your known family lawyer.

A.If your father has any property inherited in turn from his father( your grandfather ) then you can claim your share of such a property and use the same for your education. If whatever property or money that your father has is from his own earnings then he is under no obligation to support you after you have crossed age of 18 years.
