i have a query regarding my case which i have filed.
1)i came to know in my last hearning my hubby went to abroad for work purpose,as he took permission from court ,the permission is granted by court ,how court can grant a permission ?
2) i have observed he is very much in india and he did not come for the hearning ,one of his family member visited for the hearing how can i prove in court and will this will be a brownie point for me
3) is there any way to stop him to go abroad ,as i will not be knowing what he will be doing if he goes abroad .

A.You are certainly authorized to bring this fact to d notice if d Court and even compel hus appearance in d Court through Court orders and avoiding his unnecessary exemption..#Vidhikarya Free Legal Advice
