I have taken pvt. Loan against property . And guy took all ragistry papper nd he took my sign on blank papper but in return he didnt gave any thing to me .. now I m asking photo copy but he is not giving what should i do.

A.If you have repaid the loan amount and have clearance report for the same and acknowledgement then there is nothing to worry about.

A.Have u paid back completely? Even if not if you hv given original papers u hv every right to ask for copy of loan agreement and original papers back if loan repaid completely. IU can write to them asking for complete loan papers n statement of account.

A.If you paid all loan clear then nothing any issue . It is just for security reasons

Sir i am paying every month interest of rs. 13000/ inhave taken loan of 2.50000/ i need my documents pictures for some reason but this guy is not giving me every time he has different excuse .. and more over i signed blank papper and gave my original ragistry to him ..

Loan amount which is Two lakh fifty thousand is yet to be paid . But i have nevr miss any emi of interest which is going time to time ..
