False Allegations as reply for RCR notice False Allegations as reply for RCR notice

Hi All,

I did send a legal notice of RCR for my wife to join the matrimonial life back with me as she left the house without any reason

As a response to the RCR, I got a reply with quite a good amount of general allegations like Dorwy harassment, extortion and we threated her to kill it seems

Now do I need to reply back to them stating all of them are false allegations or should I keep calm

As I dont want to proceed furhter via court and My intent of sending RCR notice is to check what is her problem and is she planning to come or not

But her reply is not having any information regarding that what should I do

A.You can file a Divorce only after 1 year of the RCR
This makes your time bound by filing RCR.
If your idea is to just take information then it is best that you send her a letter of intent which shall not bound you to file a divorce case after the completion of 1 year as in case of a RCR.
Thanks.

A.Hi
If you don't intend to go through Court right now it is still essentially to be rebutted the allegations madr by her if those are false and frivolous. Plz take note that now or then the matter would b needed to b resolved either by consent or court proceedings

A.file a case of RCR,
legal notices are not meant for checking the minds, it has a legal aspect too,
if you do not file the RCR despite sending the legal notice, it will go against you in the court proceedings at a later stage
