One of my team member filed a case against me with ICC committee. The committee has not given me any notice or copy of complaint or disclosed the name of the complainer. They called me for discussion and asked general questions only once. After three months they sent me an email stating that they their inquiry is completed and the report has been submitted to the management. After 20 days, my employment was terminated therefore I asked for copy of the ICC committee decision/report. After several follow-ups, the committee gave me copy of the complaint which seems fabricated post my termination. They have investigated the case with the people left the organisation but no inquiry done with my existing female team members. They have not given me any chance of proper hearing. I believe the committee is working under the influence of my HR manager who used to dislike me. I am jobless since three months and not able to get any job and unable to hire costly lawyer. Please help me how should I proceed with an appeal and where?
A.not providing you an opportunity during the inquiry is against the principle of natural justice and equity, bad in law, null & Void,
you are advised to challenge the same by way of filing a writ petition in the concerned High Court

A.If your grievances are true n according to the law there is always a legal remedy available through appropriate forums. As u have not wrote about the contents or types of allegations n enquiry report findings it is not advisable to give u exact remedy.
