my wife filed125 crpc in 2017 november she siad in her application ki mne use chod rkha hai mu je maintaince chye on other hand i got decree of section 9 in feb 2017 on which ground and application which can dismiss this caseplease guide and suggest

A.Dear Sir,
she can get maintenance unless she show proper ground for not joining you. It is very difficult because you got MCR decree.

A.dear client kindly submit rcr decree and request your wife to come back for restitution, because you are unable to pay money or maintenance . if she refused then you can proceed with divorce petition.

A.Submit RCR granted decree...in the court..by saying that I want my wife back..and I got RCR decree too..
But she is not interested to stay with me .. she wants only money from me .. so I can't give.
If she wants come and stay.. that's it
