Organisation issue

My issue is particularly not related to business its both Family and Business issue, my husband was initially hired for Bangalore location,later after few days he was deported to some remote area , i am also serving for an organisation, i stay alone in Bangalore and husband now comes to Bangalore only on weekend, i always wanted to be with him, but he says his work location is very remote area and family cannot stay there.
So i agree his work location is in remote i will not go there, now i am pregnant and i would require him to stay with him, so his organisation does not allow him to be in Bangalore, but he was hired for Bangalore location.
What can i do now, is there any solution.

A.dear client in your case What is the nature & work of your husband except that hired to work in Bangalore, All organisation require the employee to work as required by the terms & conditions and extregencies of the company. Better to consult a labour & employment and service matter specialised lawyer for guidance & help quickly.

A.If the employer of your husband is having a policy of accommodating husband and wife to be together as far as possible, your husband can request his employer to make use of that policy. Nationalised Banks, LIC , and government Corporations have such policy.
