False claim of staying at our home in DV case

Petitioner claims false she is staying with us.how to defend ourselves or prove that she did not stay with us

A.Is she your wife? What has she filed the case for? If you let us know these things, we might be able to answer you better. But in general, if a party has made a false statement in their claim, you have to disprove it by letting in oral and documentary evidence. Oral evidence would mean that people appear as witnesses before court and state the truth and when the petitioner deposes as a witness, you cross examine her and try to extract the truth from her. Documentary evidence would be things like driving licence, aadhar card etc.
