SOMEONE HAS BORROWED 50000/ TWO YEARS BACK, NOT REFUNDING. CAN I MAKE COMPLAINT/ FIR N POLICE STATION?
WHAT WILL BE THE RELEVENT SECTIONS OF IPC.

A.If you have evidences for the same,
Do send that person a legal notice providing him a stipulated time period to repay such amount, failing which, you can file a suit for money recovery in the civil court having jurisdiction to try your matter.

A.Do u have promote if yes u can file case. Whether if you have cheque and promote u can bounce the cheque in the bank and file the suit in the court. Another question is that whether he is giving u interest regularly or not what is the rate of interest he is paying. If he pays interest regularly give some time to take principle amount. The promote has 3 years validity.
