civil writ petition

Respected Sir,
I was drafted a writ petition for Writ of Mandamus on before 3 moths ago through the Online Supreme Court eFilling Facilities but it is still not yet taken by the Hon'ble court.
May i transfer this non taken writ petition to the supreme court from its current position on High court.
Kindly Suggest me with your best option to take this writ petition on before the Hon'ble court soon.

A.If there having any options for withdraw then do it or approach to the high court
